Softball Adds Howard For 2014-2015

Brenau softball announces the signing of Carlan Howard to the 2014-2015 team.
Howard, a native of Toccoa, Georgia and a graduate of Stephens County High School, is a standout student-athlete.
A two-time All-Region player, Howard set a high school record with a .582 batting average during her senior year and added 12 steals.
The outfielder plans on majoring in Health Science with a pre-Occupational Therapy concentration.
"Carlan is true lefty in the outfield with great range and a strong arm," said head coach Devon Thomas. "At the plate she is versatile hitter than can slap and utilize her speed or can hit with some pop".
