Golden Tiger of the Week Goes To Anderson

Gainesville, GA- Senior point guard Natasha Anderson (Blue Ridge) has been named Golden Tiger of the Week for the week of Jan. 19-26 by the coaching staff at Brenau. Tasha is the highest rated player on the Tigers team for the season based on her statistics and has helped Brenau to their best start in school history at 13-6. She has also served as team captain for all four years and has been selected to the SSAC All Academic Team for two years and the Daktronics NAIA All Academic Team for last year. "Tasha is one of those players that goes unnoticed by a lot of people because she doesn't score a lot, but her teammates and coaches know her value to this team. She never takes a day off and gives an honest effort at every practice and game" said Coach Gary Bays
