"We really struggled through round one at the Lee Ann Noble Memorial on Monday," said head coach Damon Stancil. "Our team is still very young and we just have to get better about handling the pressures of tournament golf.
"I'm proud of the way we bounced back on day two, but we still left a lot of shots out there on the course. We'll work hard the rest of this week to get ready and we'll go to the NAIA Fall Preview with the mindset of posting our best performance of the fall."
NCAA Division II Shorter (Ga.) won the even with an overall team score of 615.
Brenau wraps up their fall season on October 27th at the NAIA Fall Preview in Savannah, Georgia.
