Three Soccer Players Named NAIA Scholar-Athletes

Brenau University soccer players Lauren Cain (Kennesaw, Ga.), Jenna Jansen (Danielsville, Ga.) and Hannah Norwood (Grayson, Ga.) have been named 2013 NAIA-Daktronics Women's Soccer Scholar- Athletes.

Athletes must be a junior or higher in academic standing and have a minimum grade point average of 3.5.

Cain, Jansen and Norwood were among 507 women's soccer student athletes to be named as a NAIA-Daktronics Scholar-Athlete.

These academic accolades add to the historic 2013 season for the #15 nationally ranked Golden Tigers' soccer program, which included a program-best 15 wins and the team's highest finish in the Southern States Athletic Conference rankings.
