Spring Signs with Brenau Soccer

Spring was a four year starter as a goalkeeper at Bayside High School in Palm Bay, Florida and a member of the Space Coast soccer club.

In 2011, Spring helped her club team to the Vulcan Cup championship, while in 2012, the team reached the state cup semifinals. In 2014, Spring was also a part of the Disney Showcase finals team.

At Bayside High School, Spring helped capture a 2011-2012 Cape Coast Conference championship and was a member of the varsity basketball team.

Spring is also an outstanding student who took Honors and Advanced Placement courses during her high school academic career, including AP Biology, AP Psychology and AP Human Geography.

"I'm excited to include Ashley in this year's strong recruiting class," said head coach Mike Lochstampfor. "As another goalkeeper, she brings a solid background, a great work ethic and will add additional depth to the position. I look forward to coaching Ashley- she is a wonderful person and student and will be a great fit for Brenau University and our soccer program."

Spring, who plans on majoring in psychology at Brenau, is the eighth commitment for 2015
