Swimmers Finish Fourth at Sewanee Invitational

Sewanee, TN- Mairi Morrison returned from surgery and swam with sprained fingers to record the fastest split in the 200 Free Relay in the entire race and anchor the team of Ana Galesic, Julia Ferreira and Lucianne Kimura to a gold medal. She also swam with the same group in the 100 Medley Relay (2nd place), the 100 Free Relay (4th place), both of which established new school records, and the 200 Medley Relay (3rd place). In addition she finished third in the 100 Free.

Lucianne Kimura was the highest scorer for the Tigers finishing second in the 50 Back at 29.50, breaking the school record established by Jan Schroder on 3/12/1977 of 29.55 and 100 Back and third in the 200 Back in addition to her relay points. Complete results and team scores follow:
