Golden Tiger of the Week Goes to Kimura

Gainesville, GA- Sophomore swimmer Lucianne Kimura has been selected as Golden Tiger of the Week for the week of Dec. 8-15 for her performance at the 2009 Georgia State Championships last weekend at Georgia Tech. Kimura posted personal best performances in the 100 Butterfly and 200 Back, going 1:02.33 and 2:16.63 respectively. She also competed in the 50 Free and 200 Fly and did very well.Lucianne is now the top seeded swimmer in the 50 Back and owns the second best time in the 100 Back for the Appalachian Swimming Conference. She is also ranked among the top 20 swimmers in four events in the NAIA.
