Brenau Swimmer Makes Podium at Nationals
March 5, 2011
St. Louis, MO - The Brenau swim team continues to break old school records at the NAIA Nationals, and individual performances are going above and beyond. The team finished 14th in the 200 Free Relay (1:43). They went on to finish 13th in the 400 Medley Relay (4:09) breaking the old record set back in 1978.
The record-breaking didn't stop there as Hannah Boudreax had an amazing day finishing 7th overall in the 400 IM (4:36). This set the new Brenau record and gave her a coveted spot at the podium!
"We are headed into the final day and excited about finishing strong," commented Coach Bachmann. "We have five more individual swims and our final 400 Free Relay, and I have every confidence the team will perform well."
