Swimming Receives AAC Academic Honors

Waleska, Georgia- The Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) honored members of the Brenau swimming team for their performances out of the pool.

Brenau swimmers Ana Alves, Nele Behrendt, Sofia Bellocchio, Abigail Binns, Olga Bukowska, Emily DiMaggio, Ariel Furhman, Bailey Olivia Hodges, Manuela Horta, and Sylvie Jacques each received AAC All-Academic recognition for their performance in the classroom. 

All-Academic team members must have at least a cumulative 3.25 grade point average and have at at least sophomore academic status.

Additionally, Sylvie Jacques was selected as the Brenau Champions of Character team. Members of the Champions of Character team best represent the NAIA's Five Core Values of Integrity, Respect, Responsibility, Sportsmanship, and Servant Leadership.
