Nagles Named Daktronics-NAIA Scholar Athlete

Senior tennis player Eline Nagels (Antwerp, Belgium) was named as a 2013 Daktronics-NAIA Scholar Athlete.

In order to be nominated, a student-athlete must maintain at least a minimum grade point average of 3.5 out of 4.0 and have achieved at junior academic status.

Nagels, who played #1 doubles and #5 singles, was also a key player in helping the team finish in the top 10.

"Eline has held one of the highest GPAs on the team throughout her career and recently graduated with honors," said Coach Andre Ferreira. "Her hard work on the courts and in the classroom serves as an excellent example to all of our athletes".
