Honeycutt Named SSAC Track Athlete of the Week

Deishane' Honeycutt was named Southern States Athletic Conference (SSAC) Track Athlete of the Week for her performance at the SSAC Championships.

The Stone Mountain, Ga. native won the 400 meters (57.34) and 400 meter hurdles (1:05.35) as an individual and was part of the championship 4x400 meter (3:57.76) and 4x800 meter (9:46.42) teams for the Golden Tigers. She also placed sixth in the 100 meter hurdles (16.83)

Honeycutt is the third-straight SSAC Women's Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week for Brenau.
