Simon Commits to Golden Tigers Track and Volleyball

The Brenau volleyball and track and field teams announce the signing of Skylar Simon to the 2019-2020 team.

Simon, the daughter of Alton and Latoya Simon, is a graduate of North Paulding High School and a four-year letter winner in track and a three-year letter winner in volleyball.

As a track athlete, Simon notched personal bests during her senior year in the 100 meters (12.5), the hurdles (16.1) and triple jump (33.6).

"Skylar is a talented and dedicated athlete in both track and field and volleyball," said head track and field coach Byron Kramer. "In track she's a potential star in the triple jump, in hurdles and in sprints and relays!"

According to head volleyball coach Michael Carter, "Skylar Simon is a fantastic athlete who brings the physical skills to be an impact player for the Brenau Volleyball team. We're thrilled to welcome her to the Brenau family and look forward to seeing her growth in the years to come."
