Volleyball Struggles in AAC Road Matches

The Brenau volleyball team lost two Appalachian Athletic Conference road matches against Milligan College (25-12, 25-16, 25-13) and Montreat College (25-21, 28-26, 25-22) this past weekend.

The Golden Tigers struggled offensively against Milligan (20-4 overall, 13-2 AAC) on Friday as the team was outhit .192 to -.054 by the host Buffaloes.

Against Montreat, the Golden Tigers pushed the Cavaliers in all three sets, but came up just short.

Freshman Sydney Norton registered 12 assists against Montreat, while sophomore Kayleigh Reece added 13 digs.

Brenau continues their road slate when the squad travels to face Columbia College 0-19 overall, 0-16 AAC) on Friday at 6:30 pm.
