Volleyball Receives 2024 AAC Postseason Honors

Waleska, Georgia- The Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) recognized several Brenau volleyball players for their outstanding academic and athletic performances during the 2024 season, the conference announced on Tuesday.

Senior Malone Davis received 2024 Women's Volleyball Second-Team All-Conference honors for the second consecutive season. Davis, who notched her 1,000th career kill this season, led the squad with 304 kills and is ranked 8th in total kills in the conference. 

Junior Ashlyn Browning was named to the 2024 AAC Women's Volleyball Champions of Character team. Champions of Character team members best represent the NAIA's Five Core Values of Integrity, Respect, Responsibility, Sportsmanship and Servant Leadership.  

Additionally, five Golden Tigers received 2024 AAC Women's Volleyball All-Academic honors. 

Joining Davis and Browning were sophomore Claire Beckman, senior Madi McCollough and junior Dallas Morse. Honorees must have a minimum cumulative 3.25 grade point average and have achieved at least sophomore status.
