The Brenau volleyball team finished the regular season with a pair of victories as the squad posted wins over Truett McConnell (Ga.) 3-0 and Montreat (NC) 3-1 this weekend.
The Golden Tigers used a consistent performance to defeat Truett McConnell (25-22, 25-22, 25-22) in three sets. Junior outside hitter Ashlyn Browning posted a match-best 16 kills, while sophomore Tatyana Davis added a season-best 11 kills.
Brenau carried the momentum into a 3-1 win over Montreat (0-19 overall, 0-19 AAC) as the squad won its 15th match of the season (25-21, 23-25, 25-19, 25-19).
Junior Claire Beckman had a strong match with 14 kills and senior Laila Reed added 11 kills. Freshman Alyssa Evans posted 15 digs, while Browning chipped in 12 digs. Junior Nathalia Quintero and freshman Anna Adolphson combined for 46 assists.
The two wins capped off a solid season for the Golden Tigers who finished fifth in the conference after being selected last in the 2025 AAC Volleyball Preseason Coaches Poll.
The Golden Tigers (15-12 overall, 12-7 AAC) now awaits the seeding for the 2025 AAC Volleyball Championships played from November 13-15 in Kingsport, Tennessee.
